Orders

We usually can get things from Japan for you so please ask us if there is anything you have seen online that you are interested in.  Once you have ordered and payed the upfront payment (please see [payment] section below) we will buy these items in Japan and have them sent to my family house in Japan.  Once we have enough items from various orders to send together in a bigger box my family in Japan helps to pack a bigger box and sends it to our house in Australia. We then check the items re-pack them and send them out to you.

Please remember that you cannot cancel it once you order something (as we will have paid to have gotten it. Please see the [refund] section below). We won’t refund this payment once we get items for you. Also if you order something from us but you can’t pay or, you suddenly cancel it or stop contacting us, we might not be able to get any orders from you after that so please make sure you have money before you place an order.

【Where we can get orders from..】

Disneyland and sea, Disney store, Pokémon centre, Sailor Moon store, Sailor Moon office fan club, Sanrio shop, JUMP store etc.

We can get arcade items and other collaboration items too so please feel free to contact us. However, if shops in Australia have them, they might be cheaper than us as they will get items from companies directly so please check their prices too.

Pricing, payments and refunds:

 

【Exchange rate】

As the exchange rate is always changing we have set rates we use for converting currency that are not the market rates.

So please understand that items are not be evaluated by exact current rates when you ask us to get an item/s for you.

【Variable pricing】

The price of two of the same items may change at different times because it depends on how much we will have to spend to get it in Japan. We will ask you the price and only if you think it is a reasonable price, we will get it for you. Since big companies have a good shipping rate, we recommend that, if it is a big item, their price might be better but if it’s small or something you can’t get from them, please let us know and we might be able to help you.

【Payment】

1) Upfront payment

We will ask you a (about) 50% upfront and we will ask you the rest of the payment BEFORE your items come here. We can accept cash in hand if it’s our stocks. If your total price is under $30, we might ask you the full payment upfront.

2) Transactions fee, payment in installment

If the items will be shipped, we can do a bank transfer and PayPal payment but please be aware that we have to charge up to a 3.5% fee for online payments. Please be aware that if you want to pay in installments each payment will require a separate transaction fee.

3) Commission Fees

The price of all items in orders and sale which cover the cost of the item, international shipping to Australia and insurance, and basic handling and packaging (bubble-wrap etc). An additional commission fee of 15% of the total order price or $5 (whichever is higher) is added to all orders, except arcade items which have a variable commission, which covers our time and labour. Separate commission fees may also be charged if external service/proxies are used to purchase items in Japan which will be noted on purchase invoices.

Even if you paid to us already please be aware we cannot send things until the payment goes through. If we cannot get your payment, we might ask you for payment proof to work out things together.

4) Additional packing fee

If you want additional packing (i.e. extra bubble wraps etc.), we will ask you extra $3 for it. (It depends on how much extra protection you need.)

【Paying in installments】

We can accept payment via installments on a case-by-case basis please contact us directly for more details.

【Refunds】

Our refunds policy complies with all facets of NSW fair trading law. Please be aware as we need to pay for items in advance, after we purchase an item for you, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind. So please only get items when you are sure you want them and can buy them.

If you have an item that has been broken or has parts missing on arrival, that were not mentioned prior to payment, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis. By default we include damage insurance on all items (see [Shipping] section below) so we request that you please keep any packaging that we sent the item with and do not attempt a self repair so a claim can be lodged with Australia post. If this packaging is not retained and/or insurance has not been included with the shipping we may not be able to refund any damage that has resulted from shipping. For this reason we strongly recommend that if you are worried about your items being damaged in transit or lost, insurance within Australia should be included in your order and it will be your responsibility in such cases to retain the packaging and preserve the item as received.

 

Shipping, pickups and holding items:

 

【Shipping】

1) Date: We usually go to the post office on the Saturday following your payment. But as I have some sicknesses, there is a chance we cannot go to the post office easily. So, we might ask you to change the date that we send it. If you are in a rush, please let us know asap.

2) Fee: We only sell and ship items within Australia. We receive items from Japan to our house in Australia and then send them onto you by Australia post. Please note that in order to efficiently send multiple orders from Japan at once we unfortunately cannot send things directly to your house from Japan. Also please note unless requested otherwise, if we cannot see the inside of it, we usually briefly open all packages that arrive to us to ensure that the contents are not damaged and are correct.

Shipping fee within Australia is not included on the listed price as it depends on the weight and size of the product, your location etc. Please note that as we are only a small service we only have a small scale and sometimes the weight we measure differs slightly from the post offices bigger scale. If you are worried please let us know if you would like us to check the exact weight/shipping of the package at the post office before we send your items.

We usually use normal shipping if we do not get any requests. So, if you want us to send your items express, please let us know before your payment. Due to past experiences with lost mail, we also recommend, and will include in your quote unless otherwise requested, that additional insurance is added to the shipping within Australia to the value of your order.

Once your items arrive to us in Australia, we can only hold them here for 2 weeks so we ask you to please ensure that you have either already paid or can pay off the items when they arrive. If you become unable to pay off your items within this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

3) Change: Please let us know of any change to your delivery details (e.g. address, name) ASAP. We cannot take any responsibility for parcels sent incorrectly if you have not updated us.

【Holding items in Australia】

We can keep items for 2 weeks after I pack them for you. If we cannot hear from you within 2 weeks after I pack your items, we will have to cancel your order due to lack of space, and we will need to rid of your items.

Even though you sent us upfront payment, it does not mean we will keep your items here forever. And we will not be able to refund your upfront payment. Please keep in touch with us and please let us know if something happens and you need more time to pay off etc. as soon as possible.

And once your order is closed, we might not be able to give you your other orders as well, even though you sent us upfront payment. So please be aware of it.

【Meet ups/ picking up items】

We can meet people in the Blue mountains, NSW. Please contact us if you want to arrange a pickup.

Packaging and other important information:

【Wrapping and packaging】

We use recycled bags and bubble wrap too. We use bubble wrap only if we think it is needed. If you want us to send your items in a box, please be aware that we may have to ask a box fee. And if you want additional packing, please let us know before I close your box/ bag. Extra fee might be required.

【Pets】

My family who send us stuff in Japan has a dog. He is never close to the items but if you have any allergies or are sensitive, please be aware.
